What’s going on when you see an incorrect balance?

In this case, Grassfeld did not receive the correct balance from your bank. However, we can solve these problems easily. Make sure you send us a support request with the information on the affected account(s), and we will correct the balance.

How to solve the problem

1. Tab on the account settings icon or open the synced financial account’s details screen;
2. Tab on the “Help” button;
3. Create a new conversation and describe which accounts you have a problem with.

Our team will respond promptly as soon as we get a help request.

Poznámka

❌ Synchronization at weekends

Some banks do not process transactions on weekend days. These transactions will thus be shown on Mondays.

❌ Synced savings accounts

It's not possible to sync savings accounts with Grassfeld. You can, however, add the information from these accounts manually.

❌ Renew authorization periodically

For security reasons, your authorization for syncing bank transactions expires after a certain period. We can send you a notification when your authorization is about to expire, so you can renew it.
