In any list that includes transactions—whether it's in Analytics, financial accounts, budgets, or saving goals—you can use the filter button.
This allows you to enable or disable specific filters. Once applied, the list will update to show only the transactions that meet your filter criteria, or none if no transactions match.
Let's take a look at the available filter options:
We offer both general and custom filter options to help you better sort your transactions and display the most relevant results for your needs.
General filters:
- Period. Select the time period for which you want to view your transactions;
- Type. Choose between Income or Expense;
- Categories. Filter by all categories or those you've used. You can also filter by Uncategorized transactions;
- Counterparties. Choose from known or all counterparties. If you want to view transactions without a counterparty, select the “No Counterparty” option;
- Account. Filter by all financial accounts or a specific one. The list includes financial accounts shared with you.
Custom filters:
- Amount. Choose a range for transaction amounts, from the smallest to the largest;
- Linked To. Use this option to find transactions linked to "Savings Goal", "To-do List Item", "Debt or Loan" or those not linked at all;
- Hidden. Filter transactions by visibility: Visible Only or Hidden Only;
- Budget. Display only transactions associated with events or recurring budgets;
- Tags. Select specific tags to filter transactions.
By default, all filter options display all parameters.
