How do I cancel my subscription?

Canceling your Grassfeld subscription is simple, whether you manage it through the Grassfeld app or directly from your phone settings.

Canceling through the Grassfeld app

1. Open the “Profile” screen, and select “Subscription plan” button to open your subscription details;
2. Tap on the “Cancel subscription” button;
3. Confirm your choice by selecting the “Cancel Subscription” button.

Canceling from your phone

If you subscribed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you can cancel directly through your phone’s subscription settings:

1. On iOS:
   1. Open Settings > tap your Apple ID > Subscriptions.
   2. Select Grassfeld and choose Cancel Subscription.
2. On Android:
   1. Open the Google Play Store > tap your profile icon > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
   2. Select Grassfeld and tap Cancel Subscription.

You will retain all the benefits of your account until the end of your billing cycle. Afterward, your subscription will be canceled, and any specific data or features related to your account will no longer be available.
