How can I revoke someone's access?

Yes! You can stop sharing or adjust permissions anytime.

To stop sharing:

1. Tap the "More" tab and go to "Shared Access" screen.
2. Select the person whose access you want to change.
3. Tap on the “Manage Access” button
4. Next stop sharing by clicking on the "Stop Sharing" button.

Stopping sharing immediately removes access to the shared items. If the other person had edit rights, they’ll no longer be able to make changes once sharing is stopped.

What happens if someone cancels sharing with you?

If the other user stops sharing some or all items, you’ll see the changes reflected in their user details. On their details page, Grassfeld will show you what specific items they stopped sharing.

This can also happen if the person’s subscription expires—their shared items may become restricted, or certain access may be revoked.

In both cases, the user details page helps you stay updated on any changes to what is being shared, ensuring transparency.
