With Grassfeld, sharing your financial plans and insights is easy! Whether you’re tracking expenses, managing savings goals, or creating budgets, you can give others access to help you stay on track. This is perfect for families, partners, or anyone collaborating on finances. Below is everything you need to know about sharing your account.
Note: Both users need a Premium subscription to enable editing permissions for budgets, savings goals, accounts, or loyalty cards.
Also, when your subscription expires, sharing is suspended.
If you have granted editing rights to a user and their subscription has expired, their access will change to view-only.
To share your account, follow these steps:
- Tap the "More" tab at the bottom of the screen, scroll to the "Shared Access" option under the "Addition" section.
- If you don't have any connections yet, choose one of the following options:
- Scan QR code. Scan the QR code of the user you want to connect with
- Create invitation link. Send an invitation link through the app. The other person just needs to click the link and accept the invitation.
- If you are already connected to other users, click the “Connect User” button. Then choose how you want to share. Use QR or Create invitation.
- In the 'Access to' section, specify what exactly you want to share with another user. “Share Invitation” button. To find out what you can share with others, read the following.
The QR code to connect with you can be found at the top left of the "More" page or at the top of the "Shared Access" page.

- Tap on the Scan button.
- Scan the QR code of the user you want to share access with. (Find QR by following the instructions above).
- Connect with members.
