Your given consent for retrieving the transactions of your connected bank account has a limited duration because of security reasons. You will get an alert in the app when you need to renew your consent again through your bank environment.
Places where you can see a message about necessary account re-sync
- Accouns list screen. The financial account item will have a button to tap on to re-sync the connection with the bank account;
- Bank account details screen. Here, you will have an “Account not synced” message with a “Re-Sync Account” button;
- Transactions overview screen. Once you swipe to the unsynced bank account, the card will be in red background. Below the card is a “Re-Sync Account” button.
Please note.
We notified you 7 days before your bank account access expires. You can update your bank connection in advance.
How can I re-sync bank account?
- Find the “Account not synced” notification and tap on the “Re-Sync Account”;
- Press the “Continue” button to proceed. (Grassfeld uses Plaid service to make reliable connections);
- Log in to your bank account;
- Choose the account you want to reconnect.
Note. Bank account reconnection may take time to synchronize transactions and all associated data. Please be patient. This is a normal process.
