In this case, Grassfeld did not receive the correct balance from your bank. However, we can solve these problems easily. Make sure you send us a support request with the information on the affected account(s), and we will correct the balance.
How to solve the problem
- Tab on the account settings icon or open the synced financial account’s details screen;
- Tab on the “Help” button;
- Create a new conversation and describe which accounts you have a problem with.
Our team will respond promptly as soon as we get a help request.
Please note
❌ Synchronization at weekends
Some banks do not process transactions on weekend days. These transactions will thus be shown on Mondays.
❌ Synced savings accounts
It's not possible to sync savings accounts with Grassfeld. You can, however, add the information from these accounts manually.
❌ Renew authorization periodically
For security reasons, your authorization for syncing bank transactions expires after a certain period. We can send you a notification when your authorization is about to expire, so you can renew it.
